Yes. We pick you up at or next to your pier and plan the route to return at least one hour before all-aboard time.

How does the deposit work?

A 20% or 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid on the day of the charter.

Are kids welcome?

Kids ages 6 and up are welcome and can join the snorkeling with child-size vests and gear. We don't recommend the trip for infants.

What is the cancellation policy?

Message us on WhatsApp to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your charter, your deposit is refunded or moved to a new date. If weather closes the port, you get a full refund or a free new date.

What happens in bad weather?

Safety comes first. If the harbor master closes the port or conditions are unsafe, we refund your deposit in full or reschedule at no cost.

What does "snacks or food" mean exactly?

Snacks on board include fresh fruit, fish ceviche, croissants, guacamole, totopos and chips & salsa. If your group needs a full meal, we can quote it as a special request.

Is the price per person or per boat?

Per boat. The total covers your whole group up to the boat's maximum capacity — the per-person figure is just an approximation to help you compare.
